If you need to cancel, please do so within 2 minutes of placement. After this time, our team starts preparing your items to ensure they are fresh. You can find the cancel button on the order details page if it is still within the cancellation window.
We use handled delivery to ensure your items arrive in good condition. Our packaging is designed to keep food at the right temperature during transit. If there are any issues with how your order was delivered, please contact our support team immediately.
